Micro Mold Prototyping
MTD Micro Molding developed 11 prototype mold frames covering a multitude of configurations. All frame constructions include pre-hardened, stainless steel base components, hardened A2 tool-steel inserts, precision interlocked frame (for accurate registration at parting lines), and a guided ejector mechanism.
This permits us to construct a custom set of inserts, get first samples within one-to-four weeks, and enhance the speed of your order.
