Our fully automated inspection systems allow for multi-station fixtures to be loaded with micro molded components for an efficient inspection process.

Once the fixture is loaded, the computer controlled inspection program is initiated. An inspection program controls all settings of the inspection routine from fixture alignment, focus points to control of the multi-segmented LED lighting.

After the initial fixture alignment is completed, the component geometry is measured in a series of steps. Each step generates corresponding inspection data that is saved to an SPC program. SPC data is saved to our quality database where it is backed up daily and available for auditing purposes.
